These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Everyjob, a software-as-a-service platform consisting of a web application and a Chrome extension that operates on top of LinkedIn Recruiter, designed to help in-house recruiters automate and personalize candidate outreach (the "Service").
The Service is operated by:
LVDP
Klinkkouterstraat 59, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg, Belgium
Company number: BE 1008.270.260
("Everyjob", "we", "us", or "our")
By creating an account, signing up for a free trial, installing the Chrome extension, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you", "your", or "Customer" refers to that entity.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Everyjob with respect to the Service. We may revise these Terms from time to time as described in Section 18.
The Service is intended exclusively for professional, business use by in-house recruiters and their organizations. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. The Service is not intended for staffing agencies or for any consumer use, and by using it you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity on behalf of an organization that recruits for its own positions.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly at louis@everyjob.io if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Everyjob provides recruitment automation tools delivered through a web application and a Chrome extension. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may make supplemental terms or documentation available within the Service, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not guarantee that the Service, or any particular feature of it, will always be available or error-free.
Access to the Service is licensed on a per-seat basis. A seat represents a license for a single, named individual to use the Service and may not be shared by, or transferred between, multiple individuals. Seats are made available under the plan you select (Starter, Pro, or Team) and are drawn from the pool of seats associated with your account.
You may add seats at any time, in which case the additional seats are billed in accordance with your then-current plan and billing cycle. You may reassign a seat from one individual to another, or remove a seat, through your account settings; changes take effect in accordance with your billing cycle. Removing or reducing seats does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of a paid period unless required by law.
We may make Guest seats available to allow hiring managers and other stakeholders to participate in a limited capacity. Guest seats provide restricted access and functionality as described within the Service and do not carry the full rights of a standard seat.
The person or entity that registers an account is the account owner and is responsible for all activity that occurs under it and under any seat associated with it, and for ensuring that every user of a seat complies with these Terms. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of all users on your account as if they were your own.
We offer a free trial of ten (10) days to new users. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period and the applicable fee will be charged to your payment method.
All fees are stated and charged in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of any applicable VAT or other taxes, which will be added where required. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to keep it up to date.
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods equal to the then-current term (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the end of the current period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the then-applicable fee for each renewal period using the payment method on file, without requiring your prior approval for each individual charge.
We may change our prices, and we will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change affecting your subscription before it takes effect, so that you may cancel before the change applies if you do not wish to accept it.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or restrict your access to the Service until the outstanding amount is paid. You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal in respect of any fee that is properly due under these Terms; if you believe you have been charged in error, you agree to contact us first at louis@everyjob.io so that we can resolve the matter.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at louis@everyjob.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you will retain access to the Service until then.
Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of a paid period.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:
Outreach and communications
You are solely responsible for the content of all messages you send through or with the help of the Service, for the selection of your recipients, and for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to contact them. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with all applicable laws governing electronic communications (including the GDPR, ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM Act, and CASL, as applicable). We do not review or monitor your communications for legality, and you are responsible for your own compliance.
Your use of LinkedIn continues to be governed by LinkedIn's own terms of service. As with any tool that works alongside LinkedIn, we encourage you to stay familiar with those terms — and we've designed Everyjob with that in mind from the start.
LinkedIn may occasionally limit or review accounts it believes are engaging in automated behaviour. We've put considerable effort into reducing this risk through conservative daily sending limits, human-paced interaction patterns, and the SafeOutreach™ feature. That said, because those decisions rest entirely with LinkedIn, we're not in a position to guarantee that your account will never be affected.
Since any such decisions are made solely by LinkedIn and fall outside our control, we're unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for any restrictions, suspensions, or related loss of contacts or data that LinkedIn may apply to your account.
Everyjob is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by LinkedIn. All LinkedIn logos and trademarks are the property of LinkedIn.
The Service is designed to work alongside, and to integrate with, third-party platforms and services, including LinkedIn, email and calendar providers, and applicant tracking systems. These third parties are not under our control. Their availability, functionality, terms, and policies may change at any time, and they may restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to their platforms or interfaces without notice to us.
We do not warrant that any integration will remain available or function without interruption, and we are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, outages, changes, or decisions of any third-party platform. We may add, modify, or discontinue any integration at our discretion.
Your use of any third-party platform through or in connection with the Service remains subject to that third party's own terms and policies, and you are solely responsible for complying with them.
Where you connect a Google account to the Service, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the minimum access necessary to provide the features you have authorized (such as sending and managing outreach email on your behalf); we do not use Google user data for advertising; we do not sell Google user data or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and we restrict human access to Google user data except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security or legal compliance, or for internal operations such as debugging or abuse prevention.
Where you connect a Microsoft account, the same principles apply to data we receive through the Microsoft Graph API and related Microsoft services. We request only the minimum access necessary to provide the features you have authorized, we do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it or share it other than as necessary to provide the Service or comply with applicable law, and we restrict human access subject to the same conditions described above.
You may revoke our access to your Google or Microsoft account at any time through your account settings or through the relevant provider's security settings.
The Service uses artificial intelligence — provided through third-party AI providers — to generate hyper-personalized draft messages and to assist with outreach. These outputs are generated automatically based on the inputs you provide and on profile data within the scope of your LinkedIn Recruiter license.
AI-generated content is suggestive in nature. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that is not appropriate for your specific situation.
No message is ever sent automatically by Everyjob. Every outreach requires a human action by you, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving the final content of any message before it is sent.
We do not guarantee specific response rates, hiring outcomes, or any particular level of effectiveness from outreach generated with the Service, and any performance figures we publish are provided for informational purposes only.
You retain ownership of the messages you send. The underlying AI prompts, prompt architectures, and all other technical components of the Service remain our exclusive property. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to operate and improve the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, AI prompts and prompt architectures, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of LVDP. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for the duration of your subscription and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out the terms on which we process personal data on your behalf as a processor under the GDPR. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
As the controller of the candidate and recipient data you process through the Service, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid legal basis for that processing and for complying with your own obligations under applicable data protection law.
We aim to keep the Service available and to provide a reasonable level of support, but we provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may carry out maintenance, updates, and changes to the Service, and we may suspend access where necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Everyjob will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) five hundred euros (€500).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for our intentional fault or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everyjob and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service or have an account with us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if:
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time as described in Section 6. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent (Gent), Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules that may apply.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Everyjob regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
